Partnership opportunity
February 4, 2018
We are looking to start a partnership with breeders to supply the North American market with well bred and trained dressage horses. This would be a great opportunity for breeders to enjoy their breeding business and not having to worry about the training and selling side. Our goal is to help promote the North American bred horses to our customers. At Mussennist Dressage Inc we have been successfully matching buyers with quality dressage horses since 2014. We are located just outside of Embro, Ontario. If you would like more information or think you might be interested in a partnership feel free to contact us at [email protected] or you can send me a private message.

August LDA ShowAugust 9, 2015
Savannah is very proud of all her students that showed at LDA. They all did a fabulous job, with a couple of 8s and a 9 for movements, and kept riding in tricky situations. Savannah's own rides were interesting. The first test they made a major mistake which cost them their higher score. The second test was a solid test with a lot of room for improvement, which had a result of a 64%. All her students have qualified for the Silver Championships in September and they will be training hard to present super results there. Keep up the good work girls!! A special thanks to the team for helping Savannah get ready and in the ring, her parents for trailering Ulita to the show so Savannah could help her students, and Cecile Von Martels-Perry for the help with warm-up. With the results of this show Savannah has decided to ride the last LDA show end of August instead of going to the Cornerstone show in Palgrave. Sadly they will be missing it, however, next year they will be ready! |

Big shout out to Savannah's students for doing a great job showing. The weather was really hot and everyone kept riding like champs! Amanda Haryett had some nice tests and an interesting hop in her first test. Alicia Haryett showed great horsemanship and stayed calm in a scary situation. Emma Vanderkuyl had some great parts in her tests. Stephanie Murdoch showed lots of improvement in her canterwork and some great 3rd level movements, Charlotte Winder did an amazing job with bling in the rain at her first dressage show with some awesome comments from the judges, Alex Easton did great with her new horse Angus who she is still getting to know, and Kaylee Versteegh showed some super riding with Amante. First show of the year!May 24, 2015
Wow what a weekend! Saturday Savannah received the news that one of the sales horses sold and Sunday was the first show of the season. Savannah is very proud of her students with how they showed, such a team work, and how well they all rode. A lot of them taking home 1st and 2nd place ribbons. Amanda Haryett with her noble steed Bravadorro came in with High Point of the day with a 72% at First level. Her other scores were 66% and a 70%. Alicia Haryett and the beautiful Admiral Rules achieved some personal records in Training Level and nice steady tests which were rewarded with a 68.69%, 61.92%, and 59.54%. Emma Vanderkuyl and the amazing Justified Rebellion had a trying day but still came out strong with good riding. They showed First level with good scores of 63%, 62%, and 59%. Katie Fleming showed with two beautiful big girls. The Percheron mare Ropp's May June got spooked pretty bad but Katie kept riding her First level test well. The second test went better and she received a score of 56%. Katie's other mare Tequila Sunrise rode a nice test. In First Level test 3 she scored a 57% and in Second Level test 1 she scored a 60%. Last but not least Stephanie Murdoch with the graceful Tcha Tcha showed Third Level. The first test had one big mistake which cost some important points. The 2nd test Third Level test 3 went better and they received a score of 58.2%. Savannah is very proud of all of you guys! We got some more pointers to work on so we can improve these scores even more for next show! |

Sad day at the farm
May 27 2013
Sometimes it is hard to be a breeder/horse owner. With pain in our heart and tears in our eyes, due to a unrecoverable accident in the pasture yesterday night, we had to say goodbye to our sweet and gorgeous filly SWS Mabella Macey. As sudden as you came into our lives as sudden you had to leave again R.I.P. Bella boo. |
Successful show in Lexington, KY
April 10 2013
Just back from Ocala, FL and Lexington, KY to pick up horses and coach one of my students at the Spring Bank Trails. I'm very proud of my student Claire Nicol who had for her dressage test a 28.3 (71.8%) placing 1st. After knocking a rail in stadium and a time penalty on the cross country she ended 2nd overall. Savannah's Ulita O with new rider Jennifer Irwin did very well at her first event. She had 25.8 for her dressage placing her first, in stadium she knocked a rail but stayed 1st. At the cross country she had a refusal due to Ulita being confused and not understanding the change of footing on a bank she ended up 14th. Very proud of you guys! |

LDA May Show
May 15th 2011
Today it was the first LDA show of the year and the first show for most of Savannah's students of the year. However sadly the weather didn't cooperate which resulted in lots of scratches in Ring 2. All students and Savannah scratched in this ring due to the slippery footing. Savannah was very proud of her students who rode scores into the 60s. A big congratulations goes out to James Boskovic for his first show with Meg of Bevin and winning his class with a 61.429%. As well a big congrats to Amanda Banks with Ruby Tuesday on a first place with a 62.759% Sadly due to the bad weather, Savannah heard when she was warming up that they canceled the rest of the show so she didn't get to ride her test.
